Landscapes Unlimited Outlaw Postcard When Landscapes Unlimited acquired land for a new golf community that included a former hideout of Billy the Kid, they decided to capitalize on that historic fact and named the project "The Outlaw." We created these postcards plus ads and a brochure to entice investors and residents to sign on.

Scotts "10 Tips" Weed Control Mailer As part of a communication program aimed at top growers in the nation, Scotts frequently sent out mailers that contained helpful information. For this mailer, I siphoned weed control tips from a variety of sources and wrote them in a "quick tip" format. My understanding of the market, weed control and Scotts products came in handy -- in fact, the client made only minute changes.

Landscapes Unlimited Outlaw Brochure Since the properties in the Outlaw were meant to be vacation or retirement homes, the client wanted highly emotional language, evoking childhood fantasies of "where I want to live when I grow up." This was fun to write!

Swanson Russell Video We created this video to show to prospective clients in other states so that they could get a feel for the agency. This was a team effort -- the concept was initiated by EVP/Creative Services Manager Brian Boesche. I developed the visual look with the help of the guys at Outpost 12, directed the shoot and produced/directed the audio sound track with the help of Lower Lights Music. Writer/Producer Tina Stokes produced the edit. |
