Consumer Branding Ads and Campaigns

A company's brand is its most valuable asset. I believe the best brands are forged out of market research, so that we can determine the company's true position in the marketplace.

Woolrich Brand Ad Campaign

Woolrich wanted to adjust its position from "the classic outdoor clothing company that catered to an older audience" into a younger, more active realm. I spent hours on the phone with outdoor retailers, learning how Woolrich was perceived, in order to craft the brand positioning statement. Ultimately, we discovered the Woolrich brand included classic styling and extreme durability -- you don't wear Woolrich out. You live it out. This was condensed down into the new Woolrich tagline: "Live It Out." It's probably the best tagline I've ever written, but I'm willing to see if I can top it.

Hodgdon Powders Ad

Hodgdon may own the lion's share of the market, but their audience is a bit fickle -- always wiling to try the newest innovation. It's important for Hodgdon to stay in front of its target audience with appealing ads that let their customers know that Hodgdon understands their passion and will deliver the products they need.
